7-Day Replacement Or Return Guarantee
- Customers can return their order within 7 days of the order delivery.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The product amount will be issued back as a discount Code, once we have received the product and quality check is done.
- Refund of shipping and COD charges are NOT applicable.
- In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact our Customer Service department via email at support@neomaxfashions.com within 7 days from the date of delivery. The defective product will be picked up by our delivery partner within 3-5 business days and a replacement will be shipped immediately, or we will refund your same value of amount in the discount Code.
Note : In-case, if the pick-up service for return or exchange of your product/s is not available in your area, you have to self-ship your product. To self-ship your returns, raise a return request to us by sending an email at support@neomaxfashions.com and once approved you can ship them to us, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. Please share the shipping details on support@neomaxfashions.com or WhatsApp on +91-9440305565 with your Order ID mentioned, order ID can be found in the invoice.
- Note: For replacement, kindly follow the return procedure for the product you want to replace and then use the discount code issued to place the order for the New product. Items once replaced or exchanged are not eligible for another replacement or exchange.
- For products without any manufacturing defect or fault from our end, we are NOT entitled to bear the return shipping charges. However, with a charge of Rs.100 for T-Shirts and other products weighted under 500 grams and Rs.150 for products weights more than 500 grams, reverse pick-ups can be arranged in cases of Dislike, Wrong Phone model Ordered, Incorrect size Ordered, or any such issue where we are NOT at fault.
- Only the purchased amount will be refunded as a Coupon Code to the customer.
- In case of manufacturing defects, Customers are requested to share an image/video at our email support@neomaxfashions.com of the product received for verification purposes. We can process a replacement or return only after the verification process is completed.
P.S: Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, currently return of goods is on hold as per the guidelines.
Terms and Conditions:
Any products not in its original condition will not be covered under our 7 Day Replacement or Return Guarantee.
If the product is returned without original packaging or without original invoice, customer would not be eligible for replacement or return.
Make sure the tag attached to the product is not removed by you if you wish to return or replace that product.
Cancellation
To cancel an order, you can find the option in My account with your order number and specify the reason for cancellation, if any & we will get back within 1 or 3 working hours.
NOTE : Order can only be cancelled if the package is not shipped.
Refunds
In case of cancellation or return, refunds are processed within 12 hours by www.neomaxfashions.com
If the payment was made through a private sector bank, the amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 business days.
If the payment was made through a public sector bank or govt. bank, amount will reflect in your account within 7-10 working days.
If the payment was made through any e-wallet, the amount will reflect in your wallet within 24 hours.

Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are currently available for delivery to 26000+ pin codes all over India. We will not be able to fulfil the orders placed outside from these pin codes at this time.
Delivery Time
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 5-7 business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Instructions
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure you provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark. All the shipping details you enter while placing your order should be correct, else it may cause delay in the delivery.
